NEWS - 12-09-04 – Moscow Team Challenge – The World Selection was successful

Also part of the event was a 9-Ball competition between a World Selection with E. Strickland (USA), F. Bustamante (PHI) and R. Souquet (GER) who played against Team Russia with the players K. Stepanov, K. Zolotilov and L. Mihailov.

Every player played all players of the opposite team, so that the match included 9 matches in races to 9. Bustamante managed to win all of his three matches, whereas Strickland lost to Stepanov and I also lost one match against the young player Zolotilov after playing not too well. The 7-2 success of our team was never in danger and finally fully deserved.
